For Alice and Nick’s wedding, we packed up the van and headed to a stunning private property in Gippsland. The ceremony was held on sentimental land, surrounded by their closest friends, family, and their beloved dog, Snowy, who barely left their side.
We wanted the flowers to echo the natural beauty of the landscape, which was full of wild grasses and eucalyptus. The vision was a loose, wild, freshly picked look—think: riding horseback, gathering flowers from the fields. In reality, I was foraging on the side of the highway in the rain… but the result was pure magic.
One of my favourite weddings of the season—it was a true honour to create the florals for Alice and Nick’s special day.
